NAD + IV Mobile Therapy is excited to team up with Catapult Fitness Studio to offer a weight loss package that includes the most sought after and highly effective weight loss medication, Semaglutide. This medication is given by subcutaneous injection (just under the skin) weekly in our clinic.
Semaglutide works by mimicking a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that targets areas of the brain that regulate appetite and food intake, thereby decreasing appetite significantly.
Our board-certified nurse practitioner will work with clients to slowly increase the dosage of Semaglutide over a 16-week to 20-week time frame with a weekly consultation, weigh-in and injection providing the structure necessary to allows the client the accountability required for a successful weight loss plan. TIER 1 - $700
This program includes an initial consultation & 4 monthly visits with our board-certified nurse practitioner & our certified personal trainer (initial consults count as 1 of the monthly visits). A 4-week supply of prescription weight loss medications – Semaglutide (must qualify), 4 fat-burning lipo shots and one Slim IV each month àThe Energizer. A body comp will be done during your initial consultation and in 4 weeks plus weigh in on weeks that body comp is not being done, along with development of a nutritional and exercise personalized plan.
This is the ultimate weight loss program which includes appetite control & fat burning agents combined with an amazing nutritional & fitness plan. An added perk of this program is our energizing IV infusion.
Tier 2 - $550

Must have a BMI of 30 or more or 25 or more plus at least one obesity related medical condition.
Must be 18 or older, not pregnant, and not a Type 1 diabetic.
Must be under the care of a primary physician
Bonus: While on Tier 1 or 2 you will also receive 10% off any infusions.
